        Data used for marketing

        Horsigo may contact users through their registered mobile number or email address to take feedback about its services and make suggestions and recommendations that may be of interest to users. Horsigo also uses clickstream data to monitor and report the effectiveness of campaign delivery.

        Data analysis

        Horsigo accesses and analyzes users’ chat messages with other users for product enhancement and to provide a better user experience, such as identifying sold items and providing active listings. Horsigo develops and trains machine learning models and algorithms to automatically analyze chat content, and in limited cases and circumstances, customer safety and security specialists may review chat content manually. Horsigo de-identifies chat content as much as possible by applying a scanning filter to detect and hide personal data such as names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.

            • Third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, and marketing.

            • Other users of our Services with whom you interact.
